Someone m using a NAME to find this film very sad? When young, I saw a film about a village of people who practiced a very HORRIBLE ritual each year. HINT (I havnt seen the movie since I d like 10, so some parts are vague and probably inaccurate) The Story Goes essentially like that a MOTHER AND DAUGHTER MOVE in a small town. One day they visited the cemetery and everybody NOTICE died on a certain date in a sequential order (almost like theyre were provided DEATH) confused about what was going on mother and daughter investigation. Finally, they reached a GRIM DISCOVERY. Every year or so people gathered CITIES AND PLACE OF TICKETS RAFFEL in a bucket. I think the mayor or whoever would randomly select a ticket, and the person who was chosen has been sentenced to death by STONIG! The unfortunate s between the middle of the crowd and everyone was throwing stones until that the person died. Even if the person had the unfortunate loved ONES AMONG THE MOB people that they should also participate in the stoning or be killed. The last part about the movie I remember is when a person was sentenced to death and they wouldnt participate in horrible act. It s is escaped and a warrant was put out for his arrest. I do not remember anything after that ... HALP someone find me a movie ...
